Heads in the clouds

For Monday and Tuesday we had to study clouds, then we chose our favorite.

Fun Fact: They just added 12 new clouds to the cloud atlas!

After we chose our favorite clouds, we wrote ten adjectives and then wrote a 4 stanza 4 verse poem as if we were a cloud. We came up with some really amazing stuff some kids will even be reading their poems at the Hardwood. If you are wondering what the Harwood is check out our blog.... A Tour of Taos

Here is one of our poems!
If I were a Cloud….By Abigail Garcia
Yorkshire Lenticular clouds
are round
They look down From sky
up high

From here to sea
That’s the kind of cloud
I want to be
Me

If clouds
were dreams
they would be
just right for me

If clouds were words
You’d hear them talk
night and day
clouds, can you say?
